Here at Telcom we work hard to bring great, superfast internet connections to our customers; Since the company was founded our engineering team have installed connections in a lot of crazy places and for some amazing companies (Google, Sky and Uber to name a few) who use and rely on our connection every day.

We are proud of our connections and want to bring them to as many new customers as we can, which brings us to the newest, most exciting stage in Telcom’s growth (...and this is where you come in).

Today we are proud to announce our new Telcom Partner programme.

The Telcom Partner programme is our brand new reseller initiative, allowing companies of any size to sell Telcom’s connections and other products as their own.

Telcom Partner resellers can now leverage our expertise in connectivity and other technologies in order to expand their own offering to their customers, wrapped in their own branding. We don’t want to come between our resellers and their existing customers so keep our dealings directly with you, the reseller, so that you can keep control of the relationships you’ve worked hard to create.

As a Telcom partner, you will be our top priority

This programme is all about making sure our partners have the best experience possible. Without you, there is no Telcom Partner programme, so we are doing everything we can to make sure we offer the best reseller programme on the market.

Each reseller will be given a dedicated representative on our team who will help make sure you are happy with the system, and help you wherever they can (even attending customer consultations with you if you need them).

Managed through our reseller web portal

Our reseller web portal is a simple to use platform designed to enable you as a reseller to view and manage your orders with us in just a few clicks. Our focus was to automate as much of the process as possible to keep things as clear and fast as possible. We also keep a transparent approach in the way we do things so you will be able to see the pricing for all of the available products from your reseller control panel.

Ordering and managing your products made simple

The web portal is designed to automate and simplify as much of the repetitive jobs as we can, but we always have a friendly person that you can contact if you need anything more specific.

  1. Get set up as a reseller by visiting our telcom.io/partner page to apply for the programme. One of our Partner team will be in touch to talk about how we can work with you, and help you get started with your reseller account.
  2. Log in to the reseller portal to view your existing orders and place new orders
  3. Browse the available products and select the product you would like to order
  4. Fill in the required information for that product and place the order
  5. Our team will get back to you with confirmation that we can complete the order and a final order quote which you can accept to allow us to begin installation
  6. We’ll keep you posted throughout the duration of the installation and let you know when the order is active
  7. View and cancel active orders from your control panel

No strings, no fees.

There are no fees for being a partner - we just think of you as a special type of customer who gets reduced rates for the products you order, and a special type of support.

No strings attached; whether you connect, 1 or 100 people, you’re still a partner. We purchase all the equipment, and complete the installation. We will assist with product training where requested, and you can always reach out to us for assistance.

Your customer is provided with Telcom services, but under the partner scheme, you remain in complete control of the relationship with your customer.

As a thank you for the companies who join us from the beginning, we are offering an increased discount on our reseller prices for all orders placed until the end of the year.
